I recommend using Seachem Comprehensive either in addition to or instead of Seachem Trace Elements.

Try dosing 1 ml / 10 gallons of tank every day of Seachem Comprehensive
Also consider dosing half as much Seachem Iron every day.

I think you'll notice a huge improvment in growth.

Please note that these recommendations are assuming a densely planted tank.

I've never tied it to driftwood. It gets so tall I never felt the need. It might be possible though.

By Seachems comprehensive I assume you mean "Flourish". Although the tank is planted fairly densly many specimens are slow growers. I had recently cut back on my Iron because I was starting to have an issue with BBA in this tank. I was dosing the Iron as per mfg instructions every other day. Might this plant benifit from the use of Root Tabs?

Yes, root tabs are a great alternative. Just make sure to not disturb the substrate around it for a couple of months so as not to leach any of the ferts in the root tab into the water column.

No problem. That's what this community is all about as far as I'm concerned.

I'll start a thread about my experience with this plant. I'm not sure exactly what I'm doing right, but maybe the info will help.
