You said this was a wild type crossbreed? Where did you get yours and are the ones you are selling babies you grew or more that you bought? How many do you have?
If you grew these lovely plants how were they grown, Submersed or Emersed? You say you use ADA aqua soil...I use plain old top soil in all my tanks. The tank I would put this plant in is a 2+years old 10 gal with 2.6 watts/gal full spectrum light, temp 78F, PH comes out of the tap high at 7.6, GH 12, KH 5, no CO2 injection and 50% water changes every other week. Also I dose potassium and trace once a week, and I added 2 root tabs last week since the tank is so old, and has other swords in it which I know are heavy root feeders. Would these conditions be ok? Or would it slowly/ quickly die? I don't mean to be rude but please spare me the 'I'll tell you anyhting if it means you'll buy it' BS... Thanks |

2.Top soil should be okay as my discus tank is bare bottom and I just plant them in rock wool.
3.Every thing sounds okay except your PH since none of my tanks are that high... my PH are so low range from 5 to 7.
4. I do 1/3 to 1/4 water change mostly everyday or every other day. You should do once a week.
5. I have a few dozen.
6. From Asia.
7. They are range from 5 to 9 inches tall and the biggiest go first.
You don't have to listen to me if you don't want to . There are other people here on the forum also have Aflam or you can go check it in my profile to see my other posts about them in the "new plants section". No BS here... What ever you want to know feel free to PM me even you are not buying any thing, since I am on the forum trying to help others anyway. I do not mind to answer but no easy questions that you can search the forum for . It is not cheap cause I spent alot of time and money on them from getting them to spliting them... they are harder(or take longer time) to reproduce than regular swords if no one want them I am enjoy watching them in my tanks too. You can always wait to see others respond. Tex Gal is the first person who orders from me maybe she can share her experience with you. Quote:

Our LFS here in LV is relly bad about "'I'll tell you anyhting if it means you'll buy it'" They are why I say that not..
I wish they would get shut down... It's so dirty and smelly...and I dont know how many times I've gone in there and there was a clearly dead reptile of some sort or a floating moldy fish! I quit going after they left a dead breared dragon in a cage with all the other half dead ones for over a week! I figured there was no point calling the animal welfare people on them I've already turned them in 3 time and they do nothing... they are still open so I quit spending my money there and tell EVERYONE I know NOT to spend thiers there either! And give a free Pitch to a few other really good LFS in the area, Hopfully that will work in the end...
