I bought this filter brand new about 4 months ago and has been running perfectly ever since. It comes with all the media (filter pads, substrat, ehfimech) and quick connects. Only small problem is the bottom spacer piece was broken when I bought it. I tied it back together with fishing line. It doesn't effect performance at all. It's still in use until I sell the CRS. I will clean it up before shipping.
