Default Does Excel go bad?

Does Seachem's Excel have a shelf life? I've had some for almost a year now and it's just been sitting around. I have cracked the seal on the bottle. Unfortunately I used it on a tank full of Val and things didn't go so well. But now I've decided to give it another try on a nano tank. I looked at the bottle and couldn't find an expiration date.
