Default seachem iron dosing

i dont understand the seachem iron instructions, do i add enough iron??
it says 1cap for 200l to have 0.1mg/l, but it doesnt say how many times.is this once a week or a day.
i ask this because i add weekly 1cap iron in my 500l tank, but i still have chlorose issues.

The recommended iron level to maintain is .1 mg/L. Depending on how heavily stocked your tank is iron may need to be added every other day or twice a week. There are test kits available to test iron levels.
