How many times you will be able to regenerate your 100mL pouch of Purigen will depend upon the organic load in your tank. If you have a high organic load, you will probably get about 4 to 5 regenerations; if the organic load is low, you may get 8 to 10 regenerations off of a single pouch. Most people will typically get about 6 to 8 regenerations. You will notice the reduced effectiveness of Purigen when it is time to replace it: it will not go back to the off-white color and it will not last as long between regenerations.
