I actually don't use spoons to dose. I use a balance and mix up solutions for pump dispensing bottles (I am using emtied ADA bottles, but US plastics has some also). Since I know the bottle volume, dispensed volume and fert in the bottle, it is really easy to dose my various tanks:
...1squirt for the 10
3 squirts for the 30
4 squirts for the 40
etc...

having a balance makes the above easy. If you don't have a balance, then spoon dose it.
