If you are planning on 2-3 guppies in such a small tank make sure they are all males or soon you will have 200-300 guppies... little buggers reproduce like something else! Personally though I don't like guppies very much and I don't think that they would make any kind of aesthetic contribution to this tank... iwagumis are generally tranquil looking setups, guppies tend to 'flutter' about and would probably break up the serenity... you might consider looking into some schooling fishes, like rasboras or tetras.

I'm thinking micro rasboras would be nice in here, they are pretty small and if you can find them would do well... if not them you could probably get some harlequin rasboras, which are orange/red and black and would look great not only against the green of the plants but go well with the blackish-ness of the rocks... which by the way I think are very pretty because they are ugly, a nice contrast to the plants.
