Your phosphate levels are probably adequate as well; they usually are in a goldfish tank.

You could add additional potassium with potassium sulfate - K2SO4.

In my goldfish tank, I use RO water. When I reconstitute the alkalinity, I use potassium bicarbonate instead of sodium bicarbonate, so that's where most of my K comes from. But that's just me and my unconventional ways.
