Just curious, how is this rule enforced? I'd like to know because I have to pay by cash through the mail, and I'd like to have as much feedback as possible so people are more willing to accept that method of payment. This guideline has been edited. There is no way we can require everyone to use this excellent feature. We strongly encourage everyone to use iTrader for all transactions originated from APC.
