i would like to try this but im not understanfing the chart to well..the letters in the dosing chart are smeared to where some are un readable..a few abberivations im not understanding either..what do these abbr. stand for

i assume the mg= magnesium
TE= trace elements
also i am seein what i think is a dr..thats one of the parts i cant read to good on the chart..am i assuming correctly the dr= drop
