Beautiful tank! I like the blue background even though I usually don't. I think it works well against the plants and discus. Have you considered letting the right side of the mound growing taller so that it would have a little more slope and be less of a rectangle? It would be nice to slope the stem plants in the back to separate them from the swords and break up the mound a little bit. This tank is very Dutch, so you should let each plant hold it's own.
