The large piece of wood on the left will work with your layout but I think the rest of the wood will likely be too small to be seen well when your plants fill in.
You've got the off-balance scheme set-up well but if you're going for a natural look, I don't think that the flat rock arrangement on the left will fit in too well. With no rocks on the right side to balance it out I think it might make the left and right sides look like two different aquascapes.
The current rock arrangement will also take up a lot of ground space that could be use for plants. But I'm always looking for more plant space
Have you considered setting the rocks on edge, jutting up at angles, for a more natural appearance?
