By definition, if beauty is in the eye of the beholder, then critiques of aquascapes or any other form of art is pointless.

I would like to remind everyone that the point of the aquascaping forum is to destroy, trample. and otherwise mutilate the idea that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. This concept will be allowed to exist outside of the forum, but within the forum, it will not be tolerated. If you cannot stand to have your aquarium be critiqued by others, do not post it in this forum.

In the reverse, unconstructive criticism or insulting comments will not be tolerated. If you point out something wrong in another aquarium, you have to explain why it is wrong. Example, you may think an aquascape would look better with a background /because/ it creates depth. Simple.

Please provide constructive criticism and not only praise. It is just as important to point out something wrong that the aquascaper may have not seen as much as it is to point out something right. In this way, we can try to build the best aquascaping forum on the internet.
