Here is our reponse for Just like a pill.

The branch light was sold to you as slightly used. You were acknowleged that it was a used light. The bulb was used for aprox. two months in our store. You did not have a problem when you received the light. It lasted a few months for you. The branch light was sold to you at an extremely low price for $149 compare to our list price at $195 at the time and ADG's list price at $210. I think not honoring the full replacement of the bulb is reasonable since it was sold to you used at a discounted price. Offering you a 25% off for a new bulb at $40 was a reasonable offer. The cost of the bulb is extremely high, $15 to $20 a piece is impossible.

Of course we will honor replacements if the products sold was faulty. However, in this case, I think our offering was quite reasonable.
