Crypts go through a melt when they are moved or their conditions change. Give them time and they will come back. Anubias can go through transition problems as well, but mostly if they were grown emersed.

A 10-day-old soil tank is going to be releasing ammonia. Your test reads no ammonia, which leads me to believe your biological filter is converting the ammonia quickly to nitrites and then nitrates (as well as the plants utilizing it) but you have low light, so the nitrates as not being used up. Keep up with regular water changes (every other day or maybe every 3 days the first week, then gradually taper down to once per week and then down to once a month or as needed).
