I love the scape, it has great texture to it.
The native plant looks delicate and beautiful, I would love to see how it does as your tank progresses!
If I may make a suggestion on fauna,Rasbora dorsiocellata would be an excellent choice for the scape. They aren't too flashy, but they also school tightly, unlike many of the tetras I have kept. A large group would be stunning in this tank!
I think you will find that boraras brigittae too tiny for the tank, the one I have in with my rasbora dorsiocellata looks small compared to them, and they are quite small themselves. Hasemania nana would be a great choice, I think. Any gold or silver schooling fish would compliment the scape very well.
