I have a foreground of HC growing in my high light, 29 gallon tank with CO2. I had the entire foreground planted with HC, but recently I had to move it. I discovered that the HC never actually rooted into the substrate, although it was growing just fine. I re-planted it, but I was having a hard time getting it to stay down. Right now I just have it being held down somwhat in the gravel with some marbles.

Is there a better way to plant HC to get it to root? Should I maybe try actually burying it with gravel or is what I'm doing now fine and I just have to wait?
