Well there is no way to have a date/time that won't be inconvenient for someone, especially as membership grows. The issue that Barb brought up that also concerns me is that the roads are not as diligently plowed/salted on Sunday evening as they are at other, higher traffic, times. OTOH, we can just accept a lower turnout when the roads are bad. I am somewhat flexible about when we meet. Maybe, just moving the meeting up to 4:30 would help a bit. |
