I get foods from various sources depending on what kind of foods. bloodworms from LFS, mosura products from theshrimptank, spurinula wafers from another online source.

Any algae wafer from LFS will be good enough. These two shrimps do not require any special food.

You can also feed frozen bloodworm, boiled vegi.

I agree with feiyang and GordonRichards. I just give my shrimp a variety of foods, and they don't really seem to discriminate one type from another after they get used to it. When I first got my RCS, they seemed to go through adjustments to their different foods, but now they go after anything that I toss in. I've used Hikari and NewLifeSpectrum H2O wafers, as well as the Mosura stuff (I have CRS too). Boiled foods and flakes work too for my shrimp.

I felt that if I feed them red color rich/enhancement fish food, cherry shrimps turn to redder too.

If you're looking for Japanese food try searching for Gabe over at plantedtank.net, he has good deals.
