Yeah, I REALLY hope this doesn't confuse anyone.

Like Hooha said, we're actually tyring to emphasize it by putting it up in the yellow toolbar. It's been there all along. There were several recent changes to the forum structure and this was one of them. You can get all the details in one of the recent announcements.
