someone in your last thread that asked exactly the same thing posted to try ottos and snails, as they often work better and stay smaller. Did you consider or try that? I've had a great experience with my pair of ottos in my 29, and they stay small, 1-1.5 inches and are very active and quite entertaining
if you're still having algae issues, SAE's are not a cure-all. also, SAE's might eventually grow a little too biggish to be comfortable in your tank if you want more than one. everything was already said in the last thread you posted. try going through the Algae section of the forum and spend some time reading there if algae is the issue. you'd be surprised at how much you can find out on your own
no! were gonna put the SAE at my cousin 135 Gallon tank, now he was asking if i can help him, he dont feel to drive that far so he just want to ask if there is some LFS selling it around us, he dont wanna buy online due to high shipping cost. thanks
I have two big (3-4") SAE's that I could ship to you for just the cost of shipping if you still want them. They still decimate hair algae, but also my Christmas Moss once they're through with the algae! They need at least a 55g tank. They are for the most part friendly, and will only occasionally chase another fish around, mostly the ottos in my tank (maybe they look like SAE's to other SAE's?).
