Thumbs down e Season Gear

Do Not I repeat DO NOT SHOP at this store. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They screwed around with me for over 3 weeks. They say they will beat any advertised price. When I showed them a competing site they waited almost a week each time before getting back to me with one worded answers not answering my detailed messages just yes or no or anything to that nature. They didn't quote me a price and that was all I wanted I showed them a site with a lower price and I wanted to know how much they would beat it by. They seem VERY shady. Their return policy is 3 days from the delivery date and I'd be very interested to see how that goes. I would NOT recommend using this site at any means spend 5-10 more and go with another website. It is people like these guys who make others afraid to do business over the internet. If you would like to see the entire dialogue between me and this company shoot me a pm. Didn't want to post it here as it spans over 3 weeks. I would like to use more aggressive/ colorful adjectives to describe my experience but, would like to remain a member of these forums so I will refrain. eSeasonGear=

Totally agreed.

I returned unused, brand new instrument back to the seller, then I was told they no longer use the return address which is still listed on their website.
The returned item simply vanished from the face of the earth. Lost $175, never heard from the seller since then.

Eseasongear.com also uses paypal as the payment method, which will not cover something like this at all, buyer be aware.

@Six it really doesn't matter what I was trying to buy because my issue was not with the variety of items. My issue was with the way they had used false advertisement and shady business practices. It specifically says "Largest Selection - Fast Free Shipping - Best Price Anywhere!
"
on their website. I was trying to order a c02 regulator and ended up getting a sumo regulator elsewhere. Save you a headache: Don't shop here get your equipment elsewhere for peace of mind.

I made the mistake of dealing with eSeasonGear last month. Dispute trying to reason with them I might have well been talking with a wall. Problem? 2 ORP Milwaukee Meters...Factory instructions packed with the units require 4 day cure prior to use. Their return policy @ eSeasonGear is 3 days.
No matter how hard I tried they simply could not grasp the problem. For starters, both had dead batteries. Then they were totally inaccurate. (off the wall) .. Then they say I must buy a solution that is needed to cure the test tips. I said ok.. but if they still did not match then I expected credit and would return them.. they said no way! If I used their special fluid then they could not be returned. So I sent back and requested my money back to Pay-Pal. They returned to me the units sill in their box unopened. I cannot grasp how a "company" can be so totally un responsive and expect to stay in business. I might as well have been dealing with overseas computer tech people.
Never Ever deal with them. They just can't seem to grasp or want to that 4 days prep to use cannot fit into 3 day return policies.

Horrible customer service, rude unhelpful responses to emails, excessively slow shipping time without communication. Please pay an extra couple bucks somewhere else. These people deserve to go out of business. I regret spending any money with them. STAY AWAY!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

I agree. After-sales consist of a request not to do business with them again, this is of great self-insight value that i'd like to pass on to others.
