Default Plant idea for problem area

Hello all,

I am having a problem with my hydrophilia. Its a wonderful plant and i like what its doing in my tank but its getting leggy in an area that i cant get more light. I want to block it out with another plant but i am having problems growing plants at that location due to the light.

Attached is a photo of the whole tank and another a bit closer. The problem area is near the center in the “O” area of the drift wood. From the substrate i need a plant to reach about a foot. Its pretty dark in that area, so a creative solution ideal.

The tank is a 72 bow front with a fluval planted 3.0.

Thank you

It is bound to happen to all stem plants. Chop off the bad part and replant. Don't bunch them together next time. Spread them out a little.
