I'm not a member of NEC Northeast Council of Aquarium Societies, but I might go check it out for the 1st time.
I just spoke to Kim of ahsupply.com and they are one of the vendors along with glasscages.com.
Karen Randall will be doing a workshop on Friday 19th.
I might show on the 19th for the vendor sale from 4:00-8:00 pm.

I was going to go with a fellow AGA member and represent NJAS but I'm in the process of fixing my place and building fishroom. There are two local auctions that I want to attend so I will pass this time.

Karen emailed me and said that from 2-4 (if I'm not mistaken) will be AGA meeting.

The info in the NEC site shows that the auction is Sunday the 21th. Let me know what day are the two auctions so I can plan the day trip out and decide which day to attend.
My plan was to just check out the auction, but if a get in a plant or fish auction that would be great, so what day do you think is best for me to attend.
I might preorder one of those cube tanks from GlassCage and pick it up the day of the convention too.

Depends on what you want to see and who you want to hear. I'm not sure what else you interested in besides plants. I'm into west african/Lake Malawi/Tanganyika/Victora; SA dwarfs; Rainbows and many others so I can relate to few topics. My main interest are plants but if this was the only interest, then I am not sure if I would attend such a big convention.
