Hey All,

I believe many of you here know about http://ctfishstores.com/forum/, it's a local forum site in our state catered for local hobbyists/stores... Well, I spoke (via PM) with Kelley, the site admin, and requested to add our club in the 'Connecticut Area Clubs' section of the site and he approved! Now, we have our own sub-section there so I encourage everyone to sign up and let's make that page as active as like here on APC... I think that's also a nice place for announcements like meetings and such so we could encourage locals to join us, cool right?

So yeah, don't waste anytime and sign up, post something or anything related to our cause Lol! Btw, I already made the first post hehe...

Now we have more places to poke people into joining up :P

But.... didn't we change the group name to "CAPE" awhile back (come to think of it, why are we still "CAPA" on here??). My betta raising award very clearly reads "CAPE" *nods*

BTW... the term is "nutmeggers"... I've never heard anyone say "Connecticutians"

Nutmeggers is the traditional nickname. Some people these days are using "Connecticans" though (on the grounds that it's more dignified than "Nutmeggers" or some such thing)...

"Connecticuters" makes us sound emo. I can't pronounce "Connecticutensian" - "SickOfWinterians" sounds about right though. :P

For what it's worth, I think you guys are awesome!

And I was almost sick of winter too until I realized that 32 degrees down here would still be a tropical bliss for you guys up north!!
