Good times...great plants.

The rotala arcuata is looking really nice in the discus tank (thanks Jeff). The Crypt parva seems to be sinking in too (thanks Erin). The ADA cube is coming along with some moss and Anubias with a little bit of that narrow leaf fern I got last time (thanks Jason).

I am looking for hairgrass, all sorts. See you soon.

I just pruned out one of my tanks so I will be bringing some plants to the meeting on Sat.
I will have with me:
Bacopa carolinia
Cryptocoryne (a large variety of Wendtii)
Riccia and a few asst. floaters (Water Lettuce & Frogbit)
Possibly some C. willisii

I can also bring some Brigs. Snails if anyone is interested in some. These snails are very interesting and the population is easily controlled. They do a wonderful job assisting with algae as well.

Hey djlen,

I'm hoping the weather cooperates. It will be good to see you again. I love Brigs butI think my waters too soft. I have not had much sucess with them in the long run. What colors do you have?

I'm looking forward to attending my first meeting and meeting everyone.

The weather isn't looking great for Saturday but I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Frank looking forward to chatting with you again...

I have Golds, Purples and Ivories currently and am working on a couple of other colors.
If you have a tank that you can dose Ca in and maybe put a little crushed coral in the filter or in a bag, it will protect their shells and it doesn't affect the fish or plants in my tanks.
Actually certain plants are doing better since I started dosing extra Ca.

Sorry, I'll have to beg off. I've already committed to the GWAPA meeting on the 24th.

I'll try and send some Rotala trimmings with Donna if she's going.

Cheers.
Jim
