Please send me picture of your planted aquarium and let me know how much you will charge me to set up my tank and train me on maintenance. I live in philadelphia ....

Are you looking for someone who can supply everything, including labor? If you've already got the hardware and such there are lots of people in the Philly area who can help you get it set up, planted, and give maintenance guidance.
