Is it best to put a pressurize CO2 defuser on the intake side of a canister filter or on the output side??
I didn't know if the extra CO2 would effect the biological part of the filter.

It doesn't really matter. Depends on the design of it really. People use them on both sides.

And no, the extra CO2 won't affect the bacteria in the filter. It will be in the water regardless ya know?

If is is a diffuser, it will be out in the ttank, or just outside the inlet.

If it is a reactor you want to put it on the outlet of the canister. This way, the water is filtered before going into the reactor.
