Has anyone ever used plans to build an aquarium stand from www.aquariumstandplans.net and if so what was the difficulty?

What size aquarium are you trying to build a stand for? It seems like there are so many good plans out there for free. The only situation I can see plans being necessary for would be very large tank stands. Something I wouldn't attempt anyway though I will let someone who is a little more knowledgeable deal with thousands of pounds of water.
