Default Question about lighting - Philips aquarelle

I have a 58g tank (36 X 18 X 12). I have easy plants : rotala and bacopa, on 11 hours lighting. When I bought it, it came with 2 Philips aquarelle fluorescent 30W (10 000K). I read in different forums that I must change the rear tube with a 6 500K. I have 2 questions. First, is it true that a 10 000K tube can go on 2 years contrary to the 6 500k tube that we must change after 12 months ? And if you suggest me to change my back tube, which one I must buy ?
