Default Circulation pump on 24/7?

So I currently have a 6 foot 150 gallon tank, with. Fluval fx6 and on the opposite side of the outlet of the filter I have a Hydor Koralia 1500. Since that's what was recommended for that many gallons. It def moves water. Gives a little surface agitation. I do run CO2, my question is should I be running that 24/7 or put it on a timer? When my lights come on and off?

When I was using a Koralia for water circulation I kept it on 24 hours a day. I think that is the best way to use it.

I also placed a 1300 gph circulation pump at the long end of my 6 ft 125 gal tank, and it creates good current. I run all my circulation pumps including my CO2 reactor power head 24/7 with no rest because a resting pump can build up biofilm that will stop it from restarting.
