Post Co2 Indicators

Does anyone have any experience or feelings about 'in the tank' Co2 indicators like the one from Azoo show here:

I just got one...and I'm not so sure about it.

I've used that one before, and it does an okay job at giving me a general reading of the CO2 amount, nothing really exact in terms of ppms. I prefer to use the pH and KH relationship, and figuring out the CO2 content from the CO2 chart.

It' a little more exact. As a result, I wouldn't recommend those C02 indicators.

My best CO2 indicators are my fishes. I don't need anything else and I do not check from charts anymore. I pump as much as possible until my fishes say 'that's enough'.

I got a JBL in-tank CO2 thing with my CO2 set. It's rubbish - very vague results and I think it needs refilling every week (may be wrong on this). Get yourself pH and KH test kits.

Default dont even bother

I dont even like to test the co2 anymore....those charts all vary and your basing your readings on the accuracy of a test kit...i am also pretty sure Ive seen increased growth in certain plants with co2 levels over the supposed 30ppm ceiling that was formerly established and if you check out tom barr's mist method you will see that you can improve co2 delivery to plants through this method.....i also use my fish as indicators....Ill turn up the co2 as much (slowly!) as I can until the fish appear stressed and then back off it a notch....

I use ph and kh as well as checking some charts from time to time. I just thought this would be good to just glance at when I am walking by the tank randomly. It doesn't seem to be working though....thought that maybe it could be the quality of the test solution....or simply the fact that this type of test simply doesn't work well. But thanks for all of your imput.
