Default Ligthing Question?

I am setting up a new 20 Gallon tank. I have 2 50's and 2 30's currently. 1 of the 50's is Marine and 1 of the 30's is a cichlid tank. The other 2 have low light plants (java moss, Swords, Crypts). I would like to grow some different plants in the 20. I have a glass versa hood and 2 Dual 24" all-glass light fixtures. At 15 watts per bulb that will give me 3 watts per gallon. Will this be enough light? If so what bulb combinations will give me the best results?

Are those lights CF bulbs, or regular flourscents? I ask since CF bulbs are more intense then the latter. If that are normal output (NO) then you still have a relatively low/medium setup. But still enough light to grow many things. Is it enough light...wel that depends on what you want to grow. But like I said you'll be able to grow lots of stems, but things like glosso might get high.

I was going to put 2 Zoomed Flora suns 1 Triton and a Coralife 10K. I was hoping to plant Baby-tears, Dwarf-grass, Aquatic clover, Rotala indica (red leaf var.) stargrass, and Vallisneria spiralis. Would 4 t-8's support these plants in a 20 gallon?

With out any problems. Adding CO2 might be a good thing in this tank and I woudl stay away from the Vallisneria sp as I don't belive any will stay small enough for a 20 gallon.

I have a diffuser from a Turbo CO2 Bio system I plan to hook up to a 2 liter reactor. I have Seachem Flourish, Potassium, Phophorus, and Nitrogen. I have 3 inches of eco-complete mixed with some 2 mm river gravel. I have 40 Gallon whisper bio-filter. I put filter fiber in the bag instead of carbon. What else do I need? Any suggestions for replacing the Vallisneria sp?
