Default CO2 for 5.5 Nano

Hey Guys, Im in the process of starting up a 5.5 nano. I will have a 32 watt 67K light over this, so this is fairly high light, so I will need co2. I have everything to start up a DIY Co2 system, but will this be suffient enough?

Would DIY co2 and Excel work for the 5 gallon or would I be better off just going Pressurized?
