Default Please help me figure out my water column ferts

It's way, way over my head with my mental fog and memory issues. I don't even really know what I should be entering into Rotala Butterfly.

-I have 500mL bottles that give 2 mL per squirt. I'd like to use these as my dosing bottles for my fish room. One bottle for Macros and one for Micros/Traces.

-I have a lot of tanks from 10 gallons to 65 gallons currently. Sometime in the future, will get larger tanks.

-I absolutely do not want high tech! Can't afford it and don't have the energy to keep up with it. So no high intensity lighting or CO2 of any sort or heavy loads of fertilizer that I really need to stay on top of strict testing and strict water changes with. I'd rather underdose than overdose.

-I would like to only dose 1-2 times a week.

-I have low-medium lighting. I have inert pool filter sand with Epicote Plus root tabs.

-I have my macro nutrients and I have my CSM+B.

-These are my water test results. (I have to install a whole house heavy metal filter.) https://simplewaterdata.com/report/share/Nm9xWMGNuA

Thank you! I really, really appreciate help with this. It's just beyond me no matter how much reading and trying to understand I'm doing.

How did you determine that your light is low-medium? It is the light intensity that has the most to do with how much fertilizing, if any, that you need.
