Default RV Water Filter

This is just a heads up for anyone looking to use a filter like this on your well water. I have been getting a reading of .25 ppm of ammonia every day on my tank. I have been thinking that my cycle was really screwed up. This morning I tested the water I was using for top offs and water changes using this filter https://www.amazon.com/Camco-TastePU.../dp/B0006IX87S. Then I tested the straight tap water from the well. I got 1.0 ppm on the filtered water and 0 ppm on the tap. So back to the tap I go. I'm just relieved I figured it out. I've gone through 2 bottles of Amguard.
