Default Neolamprologus pulcher???

Does anyone have experience with keeping Neolamprologus pulcher (daffodil cichlid) in a planted aquarium? What were your water basics (pH, hardness). I know what they thrive in...just looking for folks' personal experience...compatibility with others such as Julidichromis spp for example, or corydorus for that matter...moderately large aquarium (125 gallon).

Default Re: Neolamprologus pulcher???

The little I have read about them describes them as being highly aggressive (males toward competitors and "new comers") within their territory in the scape. Not sure how they'd treat other species, though. There was one article that mentioned that, within a tank of various African cichlilds, these would be the dominant species.
