Default Deficiency ID please S. Repens

Hi, I am trying to troubleshoot the problems I am having S. Repens. I am currently dosing IE using Nilocg dry ferts using solution mix recommended on their website. I am dosing 2 times recommended and still having this issue. Should I go higher? I am worried dosing any higher may start effecting the fish....See pic in the attachment.

Thank you for any advise you can give.

Weird. I couldn’t get Certain plants to grow in my tank either. It could be other factors like pH. Dosing too much ferts is sometimes not so good. It blocks certain nutrient uptake. I would do a water change to reset and dose normally, maybe even less than EI recommends.

How do you mix the CO2 into the water? Four bubbles per second is a lot, but if you aren't getting most of that dissolved into the water it might not be enough.

Bubbles vary in size so it doesn't mean much.

Using an inline reactor like the one in the link below.

I don't think there is any chance that you are too low on CO2. I agree with mistergreen - some plants just don't do well in random tanks. Everyone says "every tank is different", which is probably right, so most of us find that some plants just don't grow for us. Of course, the really expert hobbyists are able to grow anything, or at least it looks like they can, but I have always had various plants that just lay down and die when I try them. I've noticed that some people here succeed with the plants, that refuse to grow for me, in their first tank.
