i would like to know if any one using a eheim uses there eheim substrate in there filters.this is my first eheim and i have a planted tank i use to have a fluval before and i used bio media and carbon in my tank which was not a planted.does the eheim substrate contain anything that will harm plants.
No Problems with it here. Using EfiMech and Efisubstrate in 3 cannisters on 2 aquariums with zero problems. I just make sure I removed the carbon pad that comes with the eheims.
