Default Permits for Plants

So, any updates on permit applications for plant collections? Are we still waiting for the final rulings or anything? I sadly admit that I have not been keeping up with much, but am willing to support in any way I can.

We won on the 27th of January, 2011. Senator Glenn Hegar of the Sunset Commission rescinded his mandate and conceded the system was unworkable.

Not what he is talking about, regardless of what we can import, buy or sell you still need permits to wild collect in some parts of Texas. This hold especially true in state owned locales such as state parks

Mudboots, we have not started the process for these permits yet. Rig now we are just getting the club started, these are high on our list

As of what TDPW is saying, no further action is being taken at this time. Dr Chilton is catching up on his emails and will respond back to you within the same day now.
