I'm spoiled by having an active local club, so I would want more plants. But with your skillful management, it will work

I visited my favorite LFS today and bought a dozen large Platy fish, 7 femaies and 5 males, of 3 different color varieties. My water here, in Lodi, CA, is moderately hard, so I picked the fish I think have the best chance to stay healthy in. They are real beauties!

Progress report: I added a couple of Hygro polysperma, and my plants are growing pretty good, except for vals.
