Default How many watt is required for my tank.

I'm using 2 china-made LED light, 10 watt each on my 75cm vs 40cm vs 35cm tank, about 27 gallons. I'm having HC n monte carlo as carpet, and some background aquatic plants.

My question is, whether the lighting that I'm using currently enough for my tank.

Thanks.

Without knowing a lot more about the lights there is no way to even guess whether or not you have adequate lighting. And, it also depends on whether you are using pressurized CO2, and how much maintenance you are willing to do. You tank looks like it has only low light plants in it, so there is a very good chance that you have plenty of light.

On a rough guess your tank is about 23 gallons, and from high efficiency properly tuned LED's you have more than enough light.

However without details on the lighting it is only a guess. Different brand name LED deliver different amounts of light per watt ranging from 40 lumns to 130 lumns per watt. Then there the efficiency of the light spectrum. Properly tuned LED's for efficient plant growth your tank could get away with a system that produced only about 700 lumns. But the light would be purple and not pleasing to the eye. On the other end of the spectrum you could get poor spectrum and have over 3,000 lumns and yet not produce enough light in some part of the spectrum.

Plants look great, and I don't see algae. That is your best guide.
