Thanks. | On a rough guess your tank is about 23 gallons, and from high efficiency properly tuned LED's you have more than enough light.
However without details on the lighting it is only a guess. Different brand name LED deliver different amounts of light per watt ranging from 40 lumns to 130 lumns per watt. Then there the efficiency of the light spectrum. Properly tuned LED's for efficient plant growth your tank could get away with a system that produced only about 700 lumns. But the light would be purple and not pleasing to the eye. On the other end of the spectrum you could get poor spectrum and have over 3,000 lumns and yet not produce enough light in some part of the spectrum. |
