Not sure I have seen a journal for a dry start at 131 days...man you have patience something many of us lack!

Thanks Aquaticz! I really appreciate it. I'm trying to get this tank right and make it a fun project when I have the time to work on the automation part. Sadly automation and the sump work are waiting on the move as I'd like to not have them ready to 'test' to rush anything just yet.

what aquaticz said. Nice and long dry start! No worries though, the patience will pay off. It already looks great. I love working with UG emersed. It always looks awesome.

Thanks! I really appreciate that. There is still a lot to do with that tank and still a lot of plants I need to get before it's done in my eyes.

A quick little update, promise I'll get some pics in tonight.

I moved the tank around to a new spot based on picking up another Mini-M. This tank is going to stay in the dry start phase for a bit as I'm waiting on the M. Crenata to spread and it's being somewhat hesitant to do so. Plus, I don't want to get everything up and running on this tank for a move in a few months.

Plants are doing great

I like this look! Sheesh, that M. Crenata is reeeeeally slow. But the UG is looking nice and full! This makes me want to try it out as I've never tried it before. It looks pretty tall and very thick.

Thanks! I need to get some more M. Crenata from Bartohog and try to start them a bit more spread out. I think I might cut some chunks out of the UG to give it a chance to spread as it's getting really really thick.

This tank was torn down ages ago. I have the tank, just nothing else.
