Doubt you are doing anything wrong. Mine took more 50 days before there was any significant spreading. Some of the patches were buried deeper than others and are taking longer as a result. It is only now that they are finding their way to the surface. If you've got CO2, then they'll get there eventually. They just have to hit that turning point, then growth becomes rapid. Much of the growth you see there actually happened within the last week, believe it or not. It has sped considerably, finally.

Well it's in a dry start, so no CO2 as of yet. The tank is in day 130 of it's dry start and still grows slow. I did have a BGA outbreak and treated with H2O2 and it seems to have adverse effects to M. Crenata as I lost a patch.

Yeah, just finished reading your thread. I'm jealous of how well that UG is doing! I'd throw out my Marsilea if I could get UG to do that!

Quick update without pics. One of my Bucephalandra is flowering! As soon as the bloom appears, I'll snap a pic.

Oh, and as promised, a pic of my Bucephalandra flower (soon to have two more from other Buce plants):

Thanks, it has quickly become my favorite plant in the tank. The look it creates is awesome.

Is it regular Fissidens or Mini Fissidens? Closer pics of it by chance?

It's supposed to be mini Fissidens, as I don't recall normal fissidens being this small, but that is going purely from memory. I'll get a closer shot for verification.
