Excellent , give the 'seeds' where the flowers were some time , you will see lil baby spider plants come from there. Good two inch leaves and they ready to pull. You wont have any more flowers while the babies are attached to the mother plant. This is such a great house plant. Awsome to grow out of your filter for that lil extra tank omph. ( I'll be watching for a package.)

Joycould, thank you for the PMs about the Potatoe Rocket Launcher and your son. That was great! I highly suggest that for the water bucket. Or heck, you can post it all here on my thread. I thought it was a blast.

Kristal, so I pull off either the seeds or the baby plants?

How do I get this plant to flower again. That was great. I am back in the office after vacation and watering a little every day. I want to get it back to flowering again. I am not superstitious or anything, but....... I want it to flower again.

When I figure out whether to pull off the baby plants or the seeds, I can send them to either one of you ladies if you would like.

Kristal, I shipped you plenty of Elodea Canadensis. I know nothing about it except it grew like crazy in my El Naturale 10 Gallon tank and Urkevitz told me the name. I have not even looked it up yet in Plantfinder yet. (Which I will do just about... now.)

Pull off the baby plants. You arent going to have flowers for awhile. You have to let those babies grow awhile on the mother plant. Just keep taking care of mamma plant like you have been.
I been keeping an eye out on the mail , thank you. Looks like i have some research to do myself.

My 4 Male Endlers in this Bowl look so cool! I can't wait until I bring the camera into work again.

I can't tell if they are more cool swimming in circles going around the bowl while the light is on or hanging out near the top when the timer shuts off the light at 6 pm.

For those that have no time for taking care of plants - I highly suggest Anubias or Java Fern.

They look great and are NOT high maintenance. And Endlers work with ALL tanks I think. Their colors are so great!

I picked up 2 timers for the lights on the bowls. Best thing I have done yet.

Let me see! If you can, please post a photo of your tank/tanks.

Yeah, some day I will get on APC from my home computer and upload / download 1,232 photos from the pictures I have stored there.

I can't wait until an Aquatic book tells newbies to START with plants and snails to get the biological filter going.

If I didn't think that my Neons in my 27 Gallon Tank would eat my shrimps I would move some there. Maybe someday I will figure out what type of fresh water hermit crab I could put in my tank. Hmm..

Some are.

I would have to double check but I thought I read an article in an aquarium magazine about fresh water hermit crabs.

I'd still think they'd need air time. Ah well , research it to death before you do anything. If I ever get a camera I'll post pics of the tanks , especially now that i can see in the one lol.

They also had a great article about Snails. Did you know that there is one type of Snail that got released and decimated a whole crop of rice? Whichever that snail is, you now need a permit for each of that snail gets sold or transported from one State to another. Wow! Another snail is banned from being imported or sold for now.
