Default big tanks n sumps

HI, this is my first time im making a mega tank. its going to be 1600L (400g) and it was salt water tank. im going to use its sump as a filter. the sump is located one floor below the tank (long way of water n oxygen).
what do u think about it considering im going to use two big reactors and a ph controller inside the tank?
