Default pruning wisteria ??

I have some wisteria in my 30 gallon tank and wondered if i need to prune it or how to prune it. It is very green in the top leaves and are sprouting smaller ones on the top. The bottom leaves are becoming a darker green and drooping. do i need to prune this dark green leaves at the bottom. or should i let them be.

You can prune off the top half and replant and just discard the lower portion.

Cutting off the top and replanting is good. But I have found wisteria very resilent, you could cut off the top half and the bottom half would perk up. The bottom is probably not getting enough light.

Your light is the issue then. Make sure you also get bulbs that has a k rating from 5500k-10000k, try to stay under 10000k.
