Default CO2 like you use for paintball?

When I first started to play paintball I used CO2 that was compressed in a bottle, is that the same as what plants need?
Could this be used for ditribution: http://www.hydrofarm.com/content/PDF/p39.pdf

I've thought about that before too, but there might be other gasses compressed with the Co2 that might not be good for the tank. Besides, if it's a cost issue, the Co2 bottles and refilling them for tanks isn't very much cost. The real cost is in the regulators. I've also never seen that system before, but it looks like the same setup for tanks, except for the tubing.
