Default Leaves elongation and narrowing

Hi guys
My plants' leaves are start having long and narrow shape. Is that a sign for deficiency?

No. Deficiencies would cause deformed or dead leaves.
What plant?

ludwigia palustris
rotala rotundifolia
old and new leaves are affected
